Excellent Service
I was recommended to Benchmark Automotive from some friends and this was my first time using them. I came in for a diagnosis and they were able to diagnose and order the part and fix it on the spot in less than an hour which is probably not common or to be expected but was very appreciated.

They performed preventive maintenance on my 2013 Cadillac Escalade
The crew at Benchmark and the owners Drew and Michael are the most honest car repair people I know. They preformed extensive maintenance service on my Cadillac Escalade. Many front end parts ie. ball joints, tie rod ends, and leaking transmission lines. The work was done quickly and accurately at a reasonable price. I need to thank the guys at Benchmark for a job well done.

Annual Safety/Maintenance Check
I have a low miles fifteen year old CRV that I really like, and that I try and maintain well. I wanted to start regular checkups that were not making recommendations just based on length of time or miles. Benchmark did that. They assessed based on their personal inspection and professional experience. I couldn’t ask for more.

Excellent service!
My headlight went out and I meant to call Benchmark Auto first thing the next day. Of course life got in the way and I forgot. I remembered to call around 1:30pm. I assumed I would be booking an appointment the next day or longer. Drew was so helpful and asked when I could come in that SAME day. He didn’t want me to get a ticket. How thoughtful. I wasn’t sure about my schedule rest of the day. He said “if you can get here by 4:30PM, I can replace it today.” I got there at 4:33 and was back on the road at 4:50. THANK YOU!!
