Your sign that flashes and says oil change $9.99 is fraudulent
Your sign that says oil changes are $9.99 is fraudulent because when I went to pay for it, he tried to charge me full price and said that I got an oil change a year ago for that price when your company opened up and I could not have a second oil change for that price. Sign does not say one per customer per lifetime as he told me it was. He made it right, but that is a bait and switch if I ever saw one. I only went there because it was cheap and I am on a fixed income and 75 years old.
Rashard said nothing was done right. A lot was done wrong. The service was horrible. Things were messed up in areas where they should not have been. He vehicle is overheating when it wasn't before. The guy was super nice and he is willing to take his vehicle back in to see if they can make thing right. He would like to give them a chance.
