What a awesome place to get work done on your car or truck Excellent service and really good people

Great experience!
We were traveling from out of state and experienced a significant electrical issue that rendered our vehicle inoperable. Beach Auto determined the problem and promptly fixed the vehicle. Good communication both before and after the repair. Pricing was reasonable. We feel so fortunate to have found Beach Auto in our time of need. I highly recommend Beach Auto!

I was told my vehicle was ready for pickup. When I arrived the jeep would not start and had to be pushed into a bay to work on. Needless to say it was not a pleasant experience
My vehicle would not start and hsd to be pushed into an open bay so that the technician could continue to diagnose the problem. I had to take an Uber to the Shop, and I was given money to take a Uber back to my home.

Used Lexus inspection
I purchased a used Lexus on line which in and of itself is a bit scary. After it was delivered to me from Illinois I searched for a certified lexus mechanic with good reviews and found Beach Auto. They were thorough in their inspection and corrected a couple of minor things assuring me the car was solid. What a relief! Honest service will keep me as one of their customers!

Don’t even know what to say
You couldn’t fix the issue we were having which is understandable. However the first step in trying to diagnose was to replace the plugs. Charged $35 p/plug, 6 plugs and $500+ in labor. Took car to Porsche who told me there were old plugs not replaced and I was charged for OEM parts and you put in non-approved or OEM parts

New Tires and Oil Changes, always started on-time.
This service center is great.
Every time we took our cars in there, the appointments started on time and finished when they said they would. I put 4 tires on my RAM 1500 and the price they quoted me was $243 per tire and did a front-end alignment. The price I was quoted from SAM Club was a sale price of $237 and they could not do a front-end alignment. Easy decision for me.
While I was in the waiting room all you have to do is listen to all the people walking in the door with car problems and how this group handles them. They really wanted to help them.

Highly recommend them.

Quality work and quality people
I’m a long-time car fan and avid maintainer of a few different cars at a time. I have been using Beach Auto Care for five years, and have always gotten good service, been treated fairly … like a customer, which is not so common these days.

I’ve referred family and friends who have been equally satisfied. Josh, Marissa, and the techs (Jessie in particular) have performed at a high level, with professionalism, courtesy and kindness.

I do not hesitate to give them 5 stars.

Great service
Oil change in less than an hour with tire rotation. Thought tires were nearing there shelf life but was assured they're fine. At least a short term savings!
