Excellent service
My 2016 Mini Clubman was brought to BME for a 2nd opinion regarding a gear shift issue I was having. The service dept from the start was excellent in keeping me informed and checking throughly the problem. The entire experience was great and I felt confidence in their response and advice that I failed to receive from the original repair center. I would highly recommend them.

Good Service
Outstanding Service and Expertise – A True Gem for BMW Owners and Beyond!

I’ve been going to BME for few times, back when I had BMW X3 and their exceptional service kept me coming back even after switching to other makes. Their deep expertise, explanation from the owner Tytus honesty, and commitment to customer satisfaction set them apart from any other shop I’ve dealt with.

Even years later, they continue to help me out whenever I need advice or service. Their knowledge and willingness to help make them an invaluable resource. Special thank to Tytus and his staff and the mechanics!

They will personally handle your service job and keep you updated at all times. I’m so glad to have found them many years ago and I’ll continue to trust them in the years to come! As a discerning individual, I am highly selective about who handles my vehicle, and I am thoroughly impressed with the quality of their work thus far. I wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone seeking reliable and professional vehicle maintenance. I will now take my car back to BME for all its service needs.

Professional Service
I would like to thank BME for two things—what they did and did not do. They did a professional job! I showed up after 9 A.M. from Wahiawa because of freeway traffic clog. They immediately did the mileage service and drained/replaced the brake fluid at a very reasonable price and they were finished before lunch at 11:30! So I missed my appointment time and still left early.
What they didn’t do was great and HONEST 😁. I had changed the oil at a luxury dealership nearer home which had told me that I had an oil leak and needed new brake pads. But BME did not try to upsell these unnecessary services! When I was paying they didn’t say anything, So I asked them and they said there was nothing wrong! So they saved me a ton of money! Honest company!!

Outstanding service!
It's been 150,000 miles since I had a cooling system problem. I figured it's better to be proactive than reactive when it comes to the cooling system. I also needed new differential bushings so I made an appointment to get everything done all at once. Replaced just about every rubber hose and plastic component in the cooling system along with belts, pulley, tensioners, radiator, water pump, thermostat, expansion tank and whatever else needed replacing when the manifold was removed. This was a very time/labor intensive service for my car that took almost two weeks to complete but the results and peace of mind were worth the wait. 324,000 miles on the odometer and ready for the next 100,000.

Great customer service
My first time taking my car in for oil change and diagnostic today. Lee was very friendly and was very good at breaking down and explaining what I needed to get fixed on my car. Overall I feel he was honest with me and would recommend anyone to take their car in Bavarian.

Exceptional Service!!!
They were able to diagnose and repair my vehicle on the same day. Communication was excellent, the service was professional, and the cost was much less than the dealership. I will definitely return to Bavarian Motor Experts for my future vehicle servicing needs!
