This business has went downhill since Mr Purdy sold it to the new management
I am a disabled veteran who will have to wait 6 days for my car. I dropped my car off on Thursday and I have had to call every day to find out what is going on with my car as the customer service is not providing customer service by contacting the customer. This mechanic shop ordered the wrong door handle and will have to wait until Tuesday to get the right door handle. This business has went downhill since Mr. Purdy sold it to new management.
I am taking my business elsewhere after this bad experience
