Went in just to have my catalytic rewelded after a theft attempt was made(only managed to cut one side). When the job was finished the guy told me he had to put an extra piece muffler pipe but didn't tell me the catalytic was removed. Didn't notice till a few days later while changing my oil. Went back the following week to let em know and the guy who did the job wasn't there and ended up having to speak with another guy who just ignored was I was telling him and gave me a price quote on a new catalytic converter. All I wanted was to have those pipes rewelded and left without a catalytic converter. I had to take it to emmisions this month as well n they knew that so I figured they must of done that so I can bring it back n therefore had to fork up more money for a new one when all I wanted was a rewelding, thanks for nothing. Customer service was nice and price for "rewelding" was great. At first I was very happy about that but the aftermath has been a nightmare for me.

Kick the lady up front off a cliff!!!!
B&m Muffler is the best place you can go too get good grade A work done, but, the receptionist is a 100% pure bitch with no cut, i wont even get started on what type of miserable thing she is, if you can stomach her you may get too the honey...

receptionist is the worst person on the planet, she gave me a hard time and gave my wife hell when she went to get her car fixed, i cant stand the attitude called the help that works the front...
if you want attitude for bringing your money in then go see the receptionist...
