Honesty, Customer Care and Efficiency: Well done Russ & Tom!
My BMW X5 cooling system was entirely down with multiple problems. Tom and Russell have been fantastic taking care of it: From full and professional analysis, they answered all my questions and accommodated all my requests for parts, scenarios, and logistics. They did a perfect job fixing it all up, even working on a weekend to deliver me the car for the next Monday morning. A new issue rose up, I knew immediately who to call and they came all their way to fix it. Extremely happy with their honesty, customer care and professionalism. Thank you both and well done!
