Excellent service!
I called Autostream and reached Tony. He suggested that I bring my car there to check (and probably need to replace) my left turn signal light bulb that same day. As soon as I arrived, he checked all of my lights and then replaced my left front turn signal immediately. This was wonderful!

Above and Beyond Service and Kindness, by Tony
Recently, I went into the service area for assistance in replacing my windshield wiper blades. I have always been able to replace them myself, however due to physical limitations with Rheumatoid Arthritis in my hands, I was unable to replace the blades myself. While purchasing gasoline, I asked if I could have some assistance with the wiper blades. Tony immediately and cheerfully came to my aid and assistance. Tony quickly and correctly replaced the wiper blades and tested them to make sure that they functioned correctly. Tony refused to accept payment and added that he regularly strives to ensure a positive experience for all patrons. He is a compliment to your business!!!! A great guy!!!! Fully endorse AutoStream in Dorsey Hall!!!

They are so nice here
I called to see if someone could help me with a tail light being out. They said I could bring it in and didn't need an appointment. They took care of me within minutes of my arrival. I highly recommend them.

We were fairly pleased with Auto Stream Car Care in Ellicott City until our last service a few weeks ago. The problem with the vehicle (battery draining rapidly, car not starting) was not fixed (they said it was) and when we attempted to make an appointment to have them look at the car again, we were told they were too busy and it would be several days before we could bring it in. I understand that normally but it seems we should have been a priority since they did not properly address the problem and repair the vehicle the first time. No apology or concern either, for either their lack of availability or more importantly, for the problem still existing despite us paying them previously to repair it. This is the primary reason we do not plan to return to this business in the future.

Tire Pressure Check on the spot-no appointment
I was traveling to Ellicott City for a soccer tournament and my tire pressure low light came on. I stopped by Autostream. Matt Miller checked all my tires for the correct air pressure and calibrated the tires for me. I did not have an appointment. It was 4:45pm and they were to close at 6pm. He didn't even charge me. I so appreciated his help because I was not in my hometown. Thank you for caring to make sure that I was safe driving my car on the tires.

I called in the morning because my tire was low and they got me in within 2 hours and repaired it!! Customer service was excellent. They are very courteous, understanding, and professional- quite different than most car service areas.
