Excellent thorough service
I was working with Stu, he has very friendly and explained in details things on my truck that needed to be completed first and the issues that could wait a little longer. The whole experience was very positive. Stu was excellent and the crew did a great job. I was very impressed by the pics and the details given to me on the vehicle inspection. This was very important to me, most shops do not give you more than a verbal explanation. Stu gave me a whole printout to follow for repairs.
Ken drove me to my home and picked me back up when my vehicle was finished. This was a very positive experience all around.

Maryland State Inspection
I took my used vehicle to Auto Stream for a Maryland State Safety Inspection. Although they didn't perform any car repairs they were very professional and courteous. I would recommend them.

$900.00+ to replace n alternator
My car broke down around midnight. I had it towed to this shop. It was closer than their Smith Ave branch which worked on my car 2 years earlier and worked with Car Stream my car's warranter. When i called them the next morning, they said they no longer work with Car Stream. But offered to analyze car for me. Car Stream's jump starter told me the alternator was bad. This shop required their own analysis and ended up charging me $520.00 to fo it. It included a new battery. They then quoted me $900.00 to replace the alternator . You can buy a new alternator for under $100.00. I said no thank you and had my car re-towed to another shop

Horrible place to take your car
I was there for standing inspection for all change ownership in my one year old vehicle and I was treated like criminal because not only I got over charge by $149 but also I’ve been giving the worst treatment I ever had just for removing a tent from my window, which is a agree to it, but then I’ve been given a run around and turn off attitude so it’s not friendly please and also very O corrupt please I will never go back

Great Service... Great Warrantees...Great Crew!!!
I have been coming to Auto Stream for the past 3 years, Dave and Stu are the BEST!! Recently came in with what I felt was a major issue, but Dave calmed me down and said he would check my warranty history and sure enough the parts and labor were covered under the warranty. So I left the shop with a $0 bill !!!! Moral of the story keep track of your Warrantees!!!!
I've been using this location for over 20 years. All of of my cars have been serviced here. Toyota, BMW, Mazda, Range Rover, etc. Dave and Stu have been the mainstays in recent years. As a Platinum Level customer we enjoy lifetime oil rotations, tire rotations, and filters for our cars. We split time between Baltimore and Annapolis so we can use AutoStream in both cities. Great relationship.
