Suspension good, no oil check. Should I have asked?
Work done on my suspension and seems to be good. There is a rattle, so will check that out.
However, no one checked my fluids (maybe I have to specifically ask that? but also no one suggested it), and while I have good suspension, my oil was down to nothing. I naively expected that while a car was in the shop, a quick check of critical fluids was included. Apparently not.

Good and honest work
This shop is a gem. They give honest appraisals and perform good work at a fair price. There is no need to use superlatives because these guys are the real deal.

Car service
Any and every time I’ve been to Baltimore body shop has been amazing work on their end. They only doesn’t get the job done but let you know what you need done while other car dealers or shops just looking for u to spends your money. Every person I’ve recommended said they love the prices and they let you know what you need done and not just telling you to get your money. Thanks a lot
