Quick and reliable service
I needed to have a battery replaced. Was able to schedule an appointment same day. They tested the old battery to ensure that was the issue. Battery was replaced quickly with no issues.

Always there for you!
I've used Autopractor in the past, and it's always been a great experience there. My daughter (who is 8 1/2 months pregnant) brought her car in to a shop in Batavia for a new window regulator assembly and the wanted to charge her over $500 for it. I told her to let me check with my place (Autopractor) to see if there were any options. I talked with Jason and he talked me through the process and came up with a quote under $300. Not only that, they could get it done the next business day. Everything went perfect and we picked up the car yesterday. Thanks to Autopractor for not being the company out there just looking to take advantage of someone in a tough spot. I'll choose Autopractor every time for anything car related! Thanks to the team there!

Jason gave me a good tip when I made my appointment and provided quick service for my oil change.
We have been going to Autopractor probably 10 years. Impressed with the honest, reasonable, dependable service. They provide good service, good attention to detail without unnecessary repairs. Having an auto repair we trust is peace of mind.

Exhaust repair
I called a few places & no one could fit me in until Monday so that meant not knowing what was wrong with my car for 4 days. Steve also said he couldn’t get me in but told me to stop by & he would see what was wrong with it & took it out for a drive & said it was the exhaust. They managed to fit me in the next day & made the repairs for less than quoted so I would highly recommend them & I will use them in the future. Great service & nice people.

Quicky Oil Change
Stopped for quicky oil change. Was out under 45 min. Prob quicker if I didn't talk so much...

Oil change wait experience
Steve was so professional and friendly. He was accommodating with scheduling my oil change appointment. I waited for my oil change and had hoped to get some paperwork done during the wait. The coffee table in the lobby was too low and it hurt my back to bend to over. I was just going to surf my phone but next thing I know, Steve grabbed a card table and set it up for me so I could finish my paperwork. This kind of treatment would not happen at most businesses, I’ll be back!!!

Great Service!
Steve does a great job of getting me on the schedule to keep up with my auto maintenance even when I procrastinate! I keep coming up with excuses on why I can't get my car into the shop. Finally Steve schedules to pick up my car, get it serviced, and drops it back off! You can't do better than Autopractor!
