Dealt with all my particular needs related to yearly mileage (<5k) and age of the car (17 years old.) They worked out a plan to keep it ticking for years to come.

Disappointed with customer service
My review is more on the individual service rep who helped me rather than on the overall business, which I still believe provides trustworthy and great service to their clients. I think I just ended up with a rep who lacked a genuine warmth and care to providing great, exceptional service to me. Before I was about to pay for the service, he asked me if I had noticed any issue with my engine — I didn’t go in for my engine - and when I told him I hadn’t noticed anything, he says something to the effect of “We didn’t check your engine though.” Um, okay…so you’re asking a pointed, left-field question about my engine and then saying my engine wasn’t checked.

What would have been far more professional and considerate would have consisted something of providing options and pricing of getting my engine checked instead of what I felt was fear-based questioning and leaving it there.

In all honesty, I would steer clear from this service rep and recommend requesting someone else to help you out. The other reps were also much warmer even through those short interactions like when folks say “hello” etc than this person. This is also why I probably won’t go back here just to outright avoid this service rep from ever “helping” me ever again.

Check Engine Light
After Check Engine Light came on, dealership called me and was so eager to have me come in. But I knew, based on previous experiences, they would likely give me a huge list of things to fix completely unrelated to the original problem. So I opted for Auto Instincts, they’ve kept up my cars for many years. My auto is fixed now, and I truly appreciate the simple, no big extraneous and unnecessary repairs list. Very thankful for you guys. You are a treasure.

Professional. Top shelf.
I don’t write review, but I will write this one. I have worked are cars. I’m not a mechanic. Now I’m 64 and I let the professionals do it. These guys are professionals. Clear communication. No over selling. Clear concise status and recommendations for work that is needed and going to be need. No pressure. Don’t need to do it today . The work is excellent and done as promised in a timely manner and within estimate. Most of the Techs have been here what seems like forever. The newest tech has been there 8 years. It just a pleasure. You can eat off the shop floor. Go see them you won’t be disappointed.
