Professional, personable and honest
This was my first experience with Auto Matters and I’ll definitely be back. They were super up-front about what my vehicle needed and when (some of it not right away!) Plus they are some of the nicest people to deal with, friendly and professional. The decent coffee didn’t hurt!

Perfect
I have zero complaints. Went for an inspection, they said it would take about an hour. It took maybe half that time. The ladies at the front offered us a food menu to grab breakfast while waiting. The mechanic was knowledgeable and laid back.

Had an oil change and receipt states all fluids levels were checked and filled but there was no windshield fluid and power steering was low.

My husband has been using Auto Matters for years.
Now, my husband has become disabled This was my first time taking care of this kind of issue (automotive)
The lady at the front desk was so patient since I was unprepared. I forget her name so a big Thank you to you!!
