We have been using Long’s Auto Care Clinic for a few years now and appreciate all the help and good service they have provided. From the employees who care for the phone calls to the ones who work the desk and to the ones who care for the repairs we have been very pleased. Brought two cars in for state safety inspections.
I was supper impressed with the entire team, especially the first person that I met at the counter. She was courteous, helpful and extremely nice.
So after this very favorable first impressions, she gave me a folder full of great info, including coupons.. My takeaways from my two visits are that this team has a great leader—the owner, an a staff who pride themselves in providing great service. I would give John Long’s Auto Center my highest recommendation!

I was treated courteously and the price was very affordable. However, they were not able to correctly link the tire pressure sensors to the dashboard display. The displayed numbers are not associated with the correct tires.

Professional and knowledgeable
My A/C system has not been working properly for a while and now it was dragging the engine when I tried to use it. I took it to Auto Care Clinic to see what they could do. My car is older and has almost 400,000 miles. The waiting room is comfortable and all the folks are cheerful and friendly. The mechanic Tim took me back to see their equipment which showed it had been overcharged with Freon by a well meaning friend. They emptied the system of Freon and charged the system properly. They suggested a dye be put in the system to show if it was leaking. That was a very reasonable suggestion at a reasonable cost. My A/C system was working when I left, but just as my car had been doing for years, the A/C was blowing warm air in a few hours. I made another appointment so they can check for leaks and check sensors and o-rings etc. I have no doubt they will do what they can so I have A/C for the summer.

Stellar shop
