Audy Auto Center is a second-generation business that opened as a two-bay repair shop in 1985. We moved a few blocks down the street to a larger location in 2011. The operation now includes three businesses under one roof, an auto repair shop, an auto body shop, and a gas station/Convenient Store. You can see us for everything from oil changes to new tires. From bumper to bumper, we have your vehicle covered.

Lifesaver
We drove up from Tallahassee and busted a tie rod at midnight just as we got to Boston. Audy's took the Jeep in and ordered the part. Provided regular updates which was greatly appreciated. Had it better than new in reasonable time. I would trust these guys everytime.

Love the customer service. Such friendly and fair people.

Found and fixed electrical issues others didnt
This was my first experience at Audy. I am here only seasonally and this is the first time I've needed work on my vehicle. I had had two electrical problems over the last couple months One where after I had some work done at another repair shop by passenger side headlights stopped working. The second was the blower switch for my AC and heat no longer powered the fan. I had work done by other repair facilities in Virginia on both items and neither problem was resolved despite a significant bill for the time of trial and error.

I explained my problems to Nick and made an appointment and dropped it off on the appointed day. I had good communications up to that and had to reschedule one time and all that was handled with no issues

After getting the vehicle after only a couple hours that day I received the call that both problems had been resolved to the degree possible without a new part that we ordered from the GM dealer. My wiring and wiring harness had melted and the mechanic John skillfully and quickly isolated the issue and got my headlights working without the new part yet. The next day the part was in and it was installed and three of my four switch positions now work. A little more time is required to trace the problem with the fourth switch position so I have scheduled an appointment to bring that back as I need the car for a couple days. Nick has been extremely accommodating and the mechanic John has proven himself extremely knowledgeable. I paid my bill to this point and felt it was very reasonable especially considering how quickly their expertise allowed resolving the issue. Other garage is in Virginia spent four times as many hours and didn't fix either problem.

I had checked out the reviews on here before bringing my car there. I was astounded they had that many reviews and their average score was at 5 of 5. But I believe all customers get the same quality that I did and that unfortunately is uncommon in today's world. This out of the way shop has an uncommon quality and I recommend them.

Replacing an old timing belt and water pump
This is a very personalized and efficient auto repair shop. Very fair pricing and work is done as promised and on time. It's a busy place so you probably should call ahead for an appointment. I did.

This is my second time having repairs done on my Honda Accord and I highly recommend this service station.

Great place
Been using Audy for the last couple years and I couldn't be happier. They are reliable and straightforward it is never fun to have to spend money to fix your car but it is a lot better when you feel you can trust the people doing it. That has been my experience here, professional and honest with good prices can't really ask for anything else.

Couldn't make time for my daughter's flat tire
My daughter is 3 hours from home dog sitting for her cousin. A tire on her car went flat. She changed to the spare herself. Audy Auto Center was closest and highly reviewed. She and called to ask if they could put a plug in the tire. They said they were too busy to help her.
