Lost customer due to Poor Service
This was on two occasion's last year exactly may 25th 2024, and January 27 of 2024. On January 27 of 2024 we test drove the audi s3. Wich this car is for me. Molly was with us and was pushy and assuming we wouldn't buy judging us based on our age and the passed mere two times we have been in to get price check prices. Which one of those two times was not for the S3 it was for the A4 for my wife. Ive worked in heavy sales for years, i can read people like books when they don't care and are being fake nice cause its there job.I didn't like the Year model 2022-2024 s3 the way it drove.(However the newer one 2025 with rear differential torque slitter is better.) Now in May was for a used audi a4 for my wife, we had a trade in for that, and the numbers werent good so we passed on that deal. Mathew who we worked then was amazing. But recently when we when in on a scheduled appointment, Molly gave us the uncaring run around as if we weren’t buyers due to a mere two other occasions and one not being about a car for me but for my wife. The salesman we were passed off to Matthew again was amazing. However we were passed off after supposedly going to be working with Molly who was judgmentally assumptive, as she stated we had been there before. Not offering a test drive and anything just in a sense asking what we were hear for about the s3. A new year model Audi S3 with the new rear differential wich was not on previous models. I was looking to buy the new car outright at the out the door price, as alot a changed in this year financially for us. Because of this i will not be doing business with Audi of buffalo. I hope she is shown how to treat any customer with respect and top service cause without us customers you wouldnt have a job respectfully. I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt for the second time with the s3 but molly failed audi.She doesnt even know anything about brand specs and matthew was great with info. I will go to rochester audi or mercades now to look for a new vehicle.Do better.

Outstanding Service
Kyle LaBarba was my salesman during my Audi A4 purchase! Kyle was very professional and patient with me during the 3-day process. It was a choice between a new Audi A4 and the A5. He was very knowledgeable with both vehicles. He offered his ongoing service and support if I encounter any issues during my ownership.

I must also commend Michael Johnson, General Manager, for his professionalism. I have purchased many cars during my lifetime, but never came across an individual who listened and responded positively to any of my questions and concerns.

Last but not least…. I commend Braydon Traylor, Customer Care Manager. Braydon reviewed all the paperwork with me. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions! Braydon also sat and reviewed the operation of my 2024 A4. Boy does this guy know his stuff!

In summary, my experience with Audi Buffalo has always been very positive. This is my 2nd purchase with Audi. The company is well organized and professional! The showroom is meticulous. Keep up the good work guys and enjoy the continued growth of your company.

Great management
We originally purchased our 2021 Audi Q8 from Buffalo Audi. It was a wonderful experience. Had a service issue and took it to 2 other dealers that are closer to where we reside (we live 4 hours away). We were not happy with the other 2 dealers that serviced our vehicle. I ended calling up Buffalo Audi for a little assistance. The general manger Dan Dodge was a champion on his efforts on trying to help us with the situation. Though we were not happy with the end result (on the Audi side) Dan Dodge was very helpful. He also followed up with a phone call even though the vehicle was not repaired at his location. A+ for them. Highly recommend Buffalo Audi.

trouble with both key Fob's
I didn't have an appointment, so I drove out to Audi Buffalo on Transit. I pulled into the service area & was greeted by a very nice gentleman by the name of Max. I explained the problem to him, he said he would check it out. As I was sitting in my car another very nice gentleman by the name of Johnny came over to my car & asked if I needed any assistance, I explained to him the problem.Johnny couldn't have been nicer, went & got me coffee, Max came back with both key Fob's, new batteries, & Shane was very helpful. All 3 of these gentlemen are definite assets to Audi Buffalo service.

Poor Communication
I went to the Audi Buffalo on 11/15/22 and they told me the issue was faulty steering rack. Unfortunately after paying for the services, my car began having the same issue steering issues days later.

I have contacted the Audi Dealership multiple times but have been unable to get a hold of someone. I’m a college student with a part-time job on the side and I use my car on a daily basis. I am preparing to head home as my semester is coming to a close and I do not feel comfortable or safe driving my car for the 6 hour journey home. I’ve spent weeks trying to contact Audi to prepare for my journey home and I am incredibly frustrated at the lack of communication. It is especially more frustrating when I already paid thousands of dollars to repair an issue that I am still left with. Would not recommend this dealership to any audi owner but it’s sadly the only one in the area.

Lack of Communication
