We regret to hear about your experience and the inconvenience it may have caused. Your concerns are important to us, and we take them seriously. Upon our conversations you have been unreasonable and hard to help through this. This is a NEW LEAK in the rear Evaporator core and this has nothing to do with the compressor that was replaced on April 29, 2025. In fact it was almost 6 weeks from the time of repair until it developed the secondary issue with the rear evaporator core. Lets go back through this one last time... Car originally looked at in December of 2024/no repairs were done at that time but we told you the compressor was leaking. You came back on April 29th 2025 which was 4 months after the first diagnostic and the vehoicle was double checked again before the repairs were done. which we then confirmed the compressor was still the only problem. Then after the Compressor repairs were done the car underwent yet another leak check and no issues were found with the rear evaporator core during three checks and you think we did something wrong...?
Lets not even mention your car is 23 years old and has 161,405 miles on it... but yet again you think we did something wrong..?
If we were in the wrong I would fix your car for free and say I am sorry, but in this case I offered you a discount on the repairs and you declined...
