Wheel alignment done quickly and expertly. Went above and beyond to check total car and adjusted an indicator light that had been incorrectly functioning for some time. Very well pleased.

Vehicle Inspection
It was refreshing to make an appointment for inspection which works well for both parties! At completion get a check list of items green good yellow caution a air filter pic showing I needed to replace I choose to drive to auto parts and replace very helpful and responsive by phone will be my new auto shop!

Tire install and alignment - Good
Ordered tires through TireRack, dealt with Chris. Good service overall. Made some reasonable recommendations without being pushy. Disappointed to see a tire disposal charge of about $50 without asking. Would have much rather saved the money and taken them myself.

I had a great experience with Apex Automotive in Locust Grove. The service itself was exactly as expected—professional and timely—but what really stood out was Chris. He went above and beyond during the assessment of my truck, taking the time to explain everything clearly. On top of that, he put in the extra effort to remove a stubborn, rusted hitch that had been giving me trouble for a while. It’s rare to find that kind of dedication and attention to detail.

I was not very happy.
My car was diagnosed by them as needing motor mounts because of vibration. I had the motor mounts done and when I got the car back, the motor was literally shaking. Then I was told oil was leaking into my spark plugs. They had to put all these parts which ended up being a total of $1400 between both repairs. It still wasn’t right and I tried calling them 5 times, 2 days later and they never answered or returned my phone call. I had to end up trading in my car because I didn’t even feel safe in it anymore. So I basically wasted $1400.

I’ve been taking my vehicles to Apex since they were at their old location, and they have continued to provide the best service. Chris will always let you know what he sees and recommends, but never tries to up charge on the work he has done. You can trust your vehicles will leave better than when they arrived there.
