Worst Dealership
We had purchased several cars from the dealership. We had a Santa Fe deemed as a lemon by corporate and the dealership wouldn't help us or service the car after corporate requested over and over again to take back to dealership. A Mr. Tim Bright, Service Manager was rude and wouldnt even give us a ride home. If you are a woman or senior look for another dealership.

Amazing customer service.
I had the best experience, getting a lease car from Allen Hyundai. The staff were friendly and helped me with every step of the process. I met with Mr. Zokaie and Mr. Bigharazh and they both helped me find my desired car. I recommend everyone to have a business with them. Their offers are great and they provide exceptional customer service.

Very pleased with Mr. Kim's excellent customer service who made sure he got me the color of the Kona EV I wanted to lease since it was not available in the dealership's inventory. He explained in detail where they had to search other dealers to find it and when they did locate one, he called to indicate when it would be ready for me to sign the final paperwork. He was also very hospitable & took my grandkids to the refreshment center where he offered them hot chocolate.

I understood I was supposed to receive a call within a few days after I leased my Kona Electric on Mar. 15th. No one called me after a week and so I was the one who called my salesman, Mr. Kim., on Mar. 22nd, asking when someone would call me to bring my car in for the Eckbond Application which I purchased. Ivan A. of the service dept called me same day & said they were so busy & he asked me when I wanted bring my car in. "Tomorrow would be best, I said & gave me an appt for 9 a.m. the next day, Tuesday. He also indicated there were two (2) recalls on my car which they had to upload in the computer.
