Everyone was very kind and helpful! I was a walk-in and my car was looked at right away; which was surprising and extremely fast! I talked with a woman at the front while I waited and she was very nice!
I was given back my keys and was told that my car was done, my tire was fine, and the tire pressure fixed on all my tires! Great!
When I left, I realized the straw from my drink was missing. I'm not sure why they took that? But the big thing is, I realized my air caps were different. I had bought $25 shiny red locking ones and forgot to mention them when I went in. All this to say, I noticed at a nearby gas station and went back for my aircaps. Turns out the person who worked on my car ripped them off when the hex key was on my front seat. ?
I just took off an air cap from the front tire before driving there, so I knew they were not over tightened.
I am worried ripping them off could have hurt the valves and threading of the valves. All my caps were all in the trash. He told me they were a 'bad idea anyway and that they'd corrode.' (Regular metal ones can corrode too) Why rip them off in the first place? Now I have to buy new ones. I had these specific caps for a reason.
