Did Exactly What Was Best For Us!
We noticed for a few days that our car was lacking its normal power. We have a powertrain warranty but have to drive about 40 miles to the dealership to get it looked at. This wasn't an option as the car could barely hit 50 on the freeway without the turbo, so we took it to Albert's. We explained the situation and the warranty and Albert said that he would take a look at it.

The shop was extremely busy and it took a couple of days until they had a chance to look at it. They found a hole in the vacuum hose that closes the waste gate which was preventing the turbo from kicking in. Since the replacement of the whole assembly is likely covered under warranty, Albert spliced in a piece of tubing to get the turbo operational again as a temporary patch. When we went to the garage to pick our car up, Amy told us that all we owed was the diagnostic fee which was $165. Albert didn't want to charge us for his repair as it was fairly simple. They easily could have recommended a full repair at Albert's which would have been nearly $1,000 or more but instead did a simple fix that will keep us running until we can get it fixed under warranty.

Excellent shop
Albert and his wife are very nice, professional and reliable. There are not many mechanics I trust but Albert is one of them. They are honest people - don't feel they are trying to take advantage of us. Bring all of our cars here. Easy to make appointments too!

The BEST service!
It is very rare, these days, to find a shop that provides good, professional service. It's even more rare when that service comes with a friendly smile, sound mechanical advice and quality work. That is what I've experienced at Albert's Garage over many years and multiple cars.

Financing available
I had work done on my breaks and my card declined. I was at embarrassed and didn't qualify for the financing program. I had my 5 yr old son with me. I was afraid they would keepy car and my husband couldn't come get me. They let be leave with my car and on good will on a promise to pay note!! Who does that!! So grateful and will definitely be back!

Honest People and Always a Friendly Experience

Excellent
First time using Albert’s Garage and we were very impressed. Went to them for a second opinion after getting a high quote from a dealership. They were honest and came in a little cheaper to do the repairs. Gave us their honest opinion on what should be fixed immediately and what could wait. Repairs were done quickly and their customer service was great. We will definitely use them again!

Alberts is the only shop I trust. the work is not only done properly but with care . Amy and Al have always treated me fairly and with kindness.
