Very prompt and courteous service
My car wouldn’t start and after roadside assistance was able to jump start it I took it to Adam’s Automotive. They determined the alternator was ok but the battery needed to be replaced. I was in and out quickly even though I didn’t have an appointment. I very much appreciate how quickly they took care of this for me

The staff took great care and did a thorough inspection. They found things that needed attention and other things listed, that didn't need repair.

Vehicle repair
I came in worked with Shawn I explained my situation and he worked with me to get a estimate for services. Was patient while I got the program who was assisting me approved. As soon as I got approval they did repair next day. There was a additional issue and they very responsive at resolving that issue quickly so I was able to be mobile again. Was very open with other problems my vehicle is going to have in the future. Very professional and caring. By far the best experience I have ever received from a repair shop and the estimate i received from them came out $150 lower that the 2 other estimates I got from other shops in the area.
