New Customer Experience - A/C Service
I had an excellent experience at Ace Auto & Tire Center. The team was professional and punctual, kept me informed every step of the way, and the waiting area was clean, comfortable, and stocked with complimentary drinks for customers. There was no pressure to buy additional services or any of the uncomfortable tactics I’ve seen elsewhere. I’ll absolutely be coming back and will gladly recommend them to others.

Aggy said they have great service. They're very honest and kind, and they figured out what was wrong with her vehicle really quick. She wasn't expecting them to get done as fast as they did so she hadn't had a chance to go to the bank. They took some money down and let her have till the end of the day to pay the rest. That showed they trusted her as much as she trusted them and that makes her a customer for life.
