Terrible customer service. Front end manager Zach just might tell you one thing on the phone, then surprise you with a different amount (300.00 higher) when you pick up your vehicle.

Ran up bill
I only wanted a diagnosis. They did a lot of testing. They said it was a coil and replaced it. The coil they replaced was only two months old. They said it was no good because it was an after market part. That didn't fix problem. More "testing" they also up sold me oil change and battery cleaning.They finally said it needed a timing job. I think they knew that all along.I said no. I got out of there for $1090 they wanted another 3000 to fix problem. The most expensive diagnosis in my life and I'm 68. Maybe that is why they did it. Stay away!

Gabino said the thing he values most is honesty. The service is very good, very professional and everything. They're very honest about everything, if something is wrong, they let him know before he's in trouble, and he values that.

Retired Shop teacher found great workmanship and reasonable price here.
I retied from teaching Tech Ed several years ago after a 30 year career in HS and Jr High, seven in AZ teaching Automotives. This job on my Expedition was too difficult for me now, and 3 other places I called turned down the job, not wanting to mess with exhaust manifolds on these. The ACE crew took right over and did the job to perfection. I was surprised at the charges, just standard (a bit less actually) than the rate for a problem free repair. Nobody tried to push more than needed or inflate other issues. They did not know who I was, just an old guy now using a walker, so yes I would say see you again if needed. Thanks!

Returned with New Problem, Refused to Fix and Could have Caused an Accident!
Poor Customer Service. I towed my car here when it wouldn't start because it was close. It was almost $400 just for the diagnosis. Spent over $1500 total and when I got my car back there was a strange noise that within a day turned into shaking. I examined my car and discovered two of my Lugnuts were missing from the driver side tire. I took the car back the next day and they refused to replace them because and I quote, "He wasn't 100% sure they ever took the tire off." which means he wasn't also sure they didn't. THIS COULD HAVE CAUSED AN ACCIDENT, INJURY OR DEATH!!!!

This place is not good
I took my H2 to these guys because my vehicle was not starting. They said something was draining my power. They went through it and said it was the radio, then called back and said it wasn’t. It was the DVD player. Basically I spent over a thousand dollars for a new battery. They fixed the back hatch because it wouldn’t open, I went to open it to put in my luggage and was in a hurray to get to the airport and the back hatch wouldn’t open. Two days after they were Messi g with the wiring the radio stopped working. They are way over priced and I feel they took advantage of me and the work was terrible. I would take my vehicle to someone else.

There is a God!
I had one thing after another with my car. I couldn't get answers and just kept spending money on my car.
Then the Car God lead me to Zac. He was so professional, honest and kind.
He kept me up to date with what my car needed. He was very fair.
He went out of his way to help me get my car in and out of the car hospital!

Rip off
Stay away,Zach the customer service Manager,is a scam artist.I stopped by to get my brakes examined,He tells me I need rotirs,pads in front,as well as rear brakes, cost 650.00.Also he charges 30.00 for examination.Then he proceeded to tell me I also need a valve cover replaced at 1,200.Now in total shock,I decided to get another quote,the new honest mechanic says I only need Rotors .Beware Ace auto and Zach take advantage of people.

Very Trustworthy
Both if my parents have taken their vehicles here to be repaired. Jake and Zack are very kind and honest. They have had the cars repaired in a timely and cost friendly manner. I highly recommend them. It's hard to find an honest place for vehicle repairs, and I am glad to have found Ace Auto.

Skilled, friendly, good value
I am pleased with some recent work done by Ace. They helped me trouble shoot a longstanding issue that I had been having with my older model Honda and got it fixed where I had gotten the run around from other mechanics. I could not be more pleased with their services.

Great and professional service !!
I came to UT from NV to buy a vehicle and made an appointment with Ace auto repair to perform pre purchase diagnostics and from very beginning the whole staff was very, polite, honest and professional. They found a few things about the vehicle that needed immediate attention, so I was able to negotiate a better purchase price with th seller, THEY SAVED ME MONEY!!! And I then Knew what I was buying.... Jake and his crew were very honest and informative about the vehicle and right from very beginning and I was very happy I chose their shop over few others in the area. If I would live in UT thet would deft be my car shop, and if you are looking for a great mechanic go with them...They Are The Best!!!
