Quick and efficient service
Randy Rasmussen provided me with an easy and efficient service for the oil and oil filter change my Honda needed. I got into the store, Randy asked me how Tunex could help me and then the mechanic got the car and changed the oil, changed the oil filter, and inspected the car systems to make sure there wasn't an oil leak. Very quick and efficient service.

Quick and done right

Beware
ook car in for a speed sensor replacement. Charged us a shocking $600.00. That’s 200 parts and 800.00 an hour for shop time. Light came back on and we had braking issues, so we took it back in. They tell us the light just needed to be reset. We asked about safety, he said” it’s fine don’t worry”and charged us another $75! And again, light back on, this time ABS failure and brakes went out! We were so lucky!
We are besides ourselves and we hope no one else will have to go through what Tunex of South Jordan put us through.

My warranty was at the expiration date. Check engine appeared on a previously replaced engine item. Randy could have ignored it, or determined it was out of warranty range. Instead, he went to work on it without question, diagnosed the issue correctly, ordered the part needed, and promptly completed all work. Randy had me pay for the part. Saved my bacon and my wallet $$$$. It's encouraging to know this professional, with whom you entrust your
essentials, exhibit top flight integrity, and a sense of empowerment, defining valued customer service for their industry. True benchmark performance. My profuse thanks for such fine care, and the work well done.
