Don’t hesitate!
Very knowledgeable guys! Ed explained everything to me and gave a fantastic price for a transmission fluid drain and refill. They got me in ASAP and got done in a timely manner. I will definitely be going back! 10 out of 10 recommend!

You were swamped with work, but you heard about our urgent need for coyote car accident repair! You got us right in - worked to get our parts and repair done so my son and I could get back to Kansas for medical management.
When the insurance required specifics that made little sense, You made numerous calls and allowed me to help meet those requirements!
Humor became important as the pressures of time and insurance demands could have increased tensions. We worked together to make sense of the impact of this little coyote and the ability to keep driving to do what we came to Kerrville to do. We were able to keep that car going until we got to the end of the family funeral. Driving the last lap with the engine light now on - right into A-1 Transition Specialists. I am grateful that Ed and Lonnie were recommended by Don and Annetta. My cousin Annetta has had years of successful auto repair at A-1. Your reputation won my trust. I have good memories working with A-1 in spite of family sadness and community stressors from massive flooding and personal loss. Hard times happen! Ed, Mary and Lonnie provide vital community services! If I lived in Kerrville, I would Always take my autos to A-1! Thank You does not seem enough! So, I will pray that God’s ongoing blessings keep them safe and capable of helping many more!
