Unbelievable class act service and so such personable service!
Ed, Mary and team are unbelievable with their gracious service! They feel like family caring for your best interest! Trusting our Subaru after a purchased 3000 mile warranty was like coming home after having both a Honda And Camry entrusted to A-1 each for 20 plus years! Ther just good people!

Great service consistently
Great service. Everyone is polite and professional. Owner is often there so that is reassuring, not that Lonnie & others need adult supervision. Great waiting room, A-1 is well set up for drop off and pick up which is great. I don't ever feel like I'm being hustled and they understand that we all have sticker shock over car repairs. We shouldn't since it's something we use so much, but it's our nature, I guess.

Trouble shooting error codes.
John did a great job tracking down an electrical problem in the transmission wiring harness and speed sensor from right front wheel. All codes were cleared and no additional problems since.

Winter 2025
We had some issues with our truck while wintering in Kerrville. Lonnie and his crew worked on it until they figured it out and were able to fix it. Not being from the area it’s great to know there are still trustworthy mechanics around to help!!
