DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!
We got a blow out on the highway. We called for a tire change. The tow guy "Dawson" changed the tire but never took the old tread and wire off the axle so we could not move the trailer. He just left. We tried to call the company and it went right to voicemail. They stopped answering the phone!! We are seniors and my husband is a disabled Veteran (we told Dawson this and he still left us there)

wonderful experience
While on our way home from vacation, our car had a unexpected malfunction. Our insurance company refered us to A1 Towing. Dawson our Towing driver treated us like family and directed us to the closest hotel where we could be near our car while it was repaired. The entire staff at A1 Towing kept us informed at all times while repairs were made. I can't say enough good things about A1 Towing in Ridgeland, South Carolina. Thanks so much 😄 🙏

Best towing and repair experience ever!
The whole staff at A1 was great!! Our car broke down close to A-1 and we were lucky it did! The tow driver, Justin, was awesome! He arrived quickly and arranged our car to be repaired as soon as we arrived. He was so friendly and kind! Scott, the mechanic, stayed after hours to help get our alternator replaced. He got it done super quick!

We were on our way to our honeymoon and our car broke down and we panicked. A1 made our day!! We are so thankful!! We HIGHLY recommend using A1!!!

A 1 Towing Rescue
On our way to Florida we broke down on I95. Called police and they contacted A1 towing to tow us. The driver Daniel was great and dropped us off at a motel and brought our car to A2 service center for repair. Sean from A1 was great and repaired our car in one day at a good price.Can’t thank them enough for great service during a horrible time. Thanks again A1 for great, fast, and friendly service.

After this experience, A1 towing and repair will be my go to place for all repairs!!
My car broke down and I called to get a tow back to Ridgeland. They looked at what the problem was and gave me a price which was very reasonable. I knew I had a problem with the rear passenger wheel because I could hear something but forgot to mention when I was discussing the original problem with the mechanic. He took it for a test drive, heard the same noise and immediately called me. I also asked them to look at the air conditioner because the hose broke last October. With each repair, they called, discussed what had to be done with an estimate. Shaun was my point of contact. He was always polite and very thorough in his explanation. Everything was fixed in a timely manner. They are definitely going to be the mechanics for all future repairs.

Great job all around from the tow truck operator, shop director, mechanic and staff.
I was on my way on a trip and the car just stopped. A1 was right on it for the tow and then put my car in for assistance first thing on Monday. A difficult repair but they completed it in record time. I give them the highest marks.
