Previous comments indicated that one hour is more than necessary for oil change done on 05/07/2025. One hour is fine when it includes time to inspect vehicle for other problems and when time is used to ensure adequate draining of the old oil.

Excessive time for scheduled work
Oil change was scheduled for 10am. Arrived on time, but vehicle was not moved into shop until after 11am. It was in shop for over 1 hour. I have done a lot of oil changes and it takes me about 20 minutes. Wasted much of my time by not doing work close to scheduled time.

What in the hell is going on over there? The truck is dead out on 405.in Kirkland and no one there cares? Are you kidding me? 8 grand later and we get this... really? Help me understand this?
