Great Place!
I recently needed work on my truck. Usually it takes multiple days or weeks and 1000's of dollars. I found 916 Auto and hit them up at 9:00 A.M. and got my truck back at 2 P.M.

They said come on in for a free diagnostic. I arrived and found myself talking to a very polite gentleman who seemed to actually want to help and work with me. Wild difference from everywhere else.

We then sat and went over prices and quality of
parts. He even let me find a part that could work in my budget since times aren't the best for me right now.

We then began to discuss labor which was quoted at exactly the lowest competitors already. Very professional and on point.

Then we discussed when he thought it'd be done. He said at 2pm. I was like no way. Usually when my truck goes to the shop it's a few days or even weeks. Today it was a few hrs.

I recommend this shop to anyone in the area. Great Professional People who can get it done right the first time with great pricing and speedy service.

Brake Service
I found this place by searching on the google. Although they had good reviews, I was not too sure. I decided to go and get an estimate anyway. It turned out to be a good decision, they were very reasonable in price and did a good job with installing new breaks pads on all the four tires.

audi suspension repair
Sam diagnosed and replaced a faulty suspension component on an Audi A4 Allroad that another
repair station had installed. All work was very reasonably priced and results were significant. Owners of
Audi's needing suspension work should definitely give 916 Auto repair a call and secure an estimate from Sam before paying high prices commonly charged to Audi owners. Sam stands behind all work
and parts replaced. Highly recommend..rated 10/10

Always excellent!
My AC wasn’t working and they found that I needed a new compressor, Samson was able to order the parts and do the repair quickly which I was super grateful for, especially in this heat. Every time I visit, I really appreciate his accommodations, timeliness, responsiveness, and that he honors the price quoted. Best mechanic in Sac! 11/10

Great communication! Very promp and courteous. Highly recommend!
My alternator quit on my 2011 Camry and I started to research shops in my area. 916 Auto read the best. Samson picked up the call and gave me a quote. I towed the car in, Samson immediately checked it upon arrival and confirmed it was the alternator. The car was done and ready to be picked up before they closed that day. They had an air conditioned waiting room and another mechanic offered a soda while I waited. Everyone was very polite. Samson was great and explained any questions I had.
I will be taking my car back for any future repairs. Thanks for getting me back on the road!
