Honest and warm personnel and quick service
After 2 hours stuck in gridlock traffic in midtown Manhattan my originally dispatched tow truck never got to my car and turned around. Fortunately this service center was where I was to have been towed and when they heard the problem they sent their own tow truck to bring my car in. They saved my skin, so to speak, because I barely had time to get to a key medical appointment. I will be forever grateful for the caring and reassuring service.
