As usual, the customer service was excellent. Both Tyler and Lougene (sp?) we’re friendly and professional.

Only 4 Stars because as I was driving away, an indicator came on saying the wiper fluid needed to be refilled and this is one of them items they check / fill.

Went in for a lube and oil change as well as repair to a damaged front struts. Work was done on schedule, as quoted. A ride home and back was provided. A recall item was processed and a car wash chit provided. All personnel we're helpful and courteous. Overall, a good experience.

Need to call back for break work. We live at priest lake so trip to dealer are not often but will happen.

Fantastic Service
After two years of poor treatment I said I was never going back to Ford... but I have a service contract. Two service appointments in one week and both were fantastic. I'm always treate like I'm the most important customer in the world!
Joe scheduled my appt. at my convenience without any hassles, and I was immediately taken to check in on my arrival. My oil change was completed in no time, and my wiper blade was replaced at a reasonable price. Plus, I got a free car wash coupon at the carwash of my choice. What's not to love? You're terrific!!
