Close to perfect but...
Tire was replaced at no cost to me but required my visit to a Discount Tire dealer before Hyundai dealer took ownership of the issue. Not a major issue but could have been a perfect experience.

Friendly, courteous service. Nice waiting room with TV and amenities. And I have to applaud one of the staff members, Travis, because he does an amazing job...provides excellent service, professional and friendly. My favorite Hyundai place ever
I had an oil change booked and woke up sick, these guys didn't hesitate to allow me to reschedule; and on the date of my new appointment I woke up sick again (ah, the glamorous stay-at-home-mom life)... And yet again, these guys were understanding and helpful and let me reschedule. I would not take my car anywhere else for an oil change, thank you for treating your customers with respect:)
