I said it in my last review that customer service has always been strong. And I will say that is the same. Hyundai of Everett is clearly there for their customers and wants the situations resolved. I truly appreciate that. Travis has always been extremely helpful when we are in, and this time was no different. It was a mistake that got overlooked but I do not feel any different about Him or the company. I am glad that this is being resolved.

I enjoy the customer service I receive most the time.
I do enjoy coming here because I feel that I am not sold parts and things I don’t need. I can come in and get what I need and get out. This last time, was just a bit off. But I will always return here.

I was surprised by the high prices when Hyundai in Puyallup was asking $300 less for the same service. When asked, I was told there were no deals I could get that would lower the price of the service.

Best place to get your Hyundai serviced
I'm a customer to this place from past 5 years. They never disappointed me with quality of service or pricing . In fact, I skimped on couple of occasions and visited Grease-Monkey for after-market parts. Still feeling bad for that decision . If you love your Hyundai car and want to upkeep it. This is your place. The only challenge I face is scheduling online. I didn't receive appointment confirmation emails on multiple occasions and I have to keep a reminder myself
