James, who sold me the car, was right there for me when my passenger side mirror was damaged.
Travis, from service, took great care of me as well.
Repairs done in a timely manner and car returned to me washed and looking brand new!

Recall issues
I received several emails and letter is the mail for some recall isues , after trying to set the appointment for several months I finally got in to the service department. Carlos and his staff were on point with the issues! took care of them washed my car did an overall inspection and made recommendations. Thank you for standing behind your product.

Service tech noticed that I had rodent damage in my air filter and brought it immediately to my attention. Only complaint I have is that the last two times I was in for service I’ve noticed grease stains inside the car. I was able to get it out this time but haven’t tried getting it out of the roof liner from the previous service

I received a recall letter from the manufacture, I make a call to Temecula Hyundai and make an appointment. Arrived 15 min early, service rep assist me and review the recall. He took my car in and have my car ready in 30 min. Once I step out my car is ready at the door and fully wash without any extra pay. Thanks a lot for best service, your service department is a 10 stars team.
