Communication needs improvement
I normally go to the one in Gilbert. I scheduled an appointment a week in advance. Was not told that parts wouldn't be ready and would need to be ordered. I had to call numerous times to get responses. I was never reached out to first in order to receive updates. Left my car over night to get all of the recalls fixed. Tried to pressure me into getting a part fixed I didn't want fixed.

They covered a rental which was super nice of them. The guy I dealt with was nice for the most part but terrible at communication. I will go back to Gilbert in the future despite working across the street.

A/C issue
Had an a/c issue and car was under extended warranty. Took a couple of days to get the okay and the part but I was put in a great vehicle and all is cold in my car now!

Excellent Service and Advisor - Ricardo! Fixed much quicker than expected and no hassle with warranty company as Ricardo handled it for me. Ben squeezed me in even though dealership was booked up as you cannot go without air conditioning in AZ in the middle of summer!

I felt good about this place the moment I called. I had a dead battery and Ricardo took my car in last minute with no appointment. Everyone was super friendly and they even drove me to work while my car was being worked on. The shuttle driver was super nice and an all around good person. Overall, the best possible experience to have when you get a dead battery.
