Judith,
Thank you for your business and your review.  When you booked your appointment online, it was for the 52,500 mile service.  This service includes an oil change, tire rotation, cabin air filter replacement, and a multi point inspection.  We performed all of these services for you except the replacement of your cabin air filter.  We inspected your cabin air filter during the inspection and your filter was in good shape and did not need to be replaced yet, so we did not replace it.  We don't ever want to do any work that is not needed, and that was the case with your cabin air filter.  Being we did not replace your filter, there was not any charge for it either.

Royal treatment
It will be five years in December, and the only place we have taken our Hyundai was to San Tan Hyundai. Mario has worked with us and has become a real friend. The excellent service has never changed. It always feel like we are leaving with a new Hyundai, because it comes out cleaner then when we went in. There is never any pressure for extra repairs, reports are given to you and any extra work is totally your choice.
