excellent reception area and service, paperwork is slow, adds 15 min after truck is done and parked waiting to go
the paperwork issue has happened every time we are in, we are in the premium ford maintenance plan, so all the info should be there. I would think a scheduled oil change with safety checklist could be done in less than an hour.

First oil change
We pulled in to the garage and there were people ahead of us so we reversed to pul out and noticed a bump/ hitch in our driving. We pulled to the side in the lotto inspect and found a screw stuck in our back passenger tire. We pulled in no alerted the worker to the problem and he dismissed us After the oil change I asked about the tire and if it was repaired. The bult did not penetrate the tire, so was left with us....in our rear door jam and nearly fell to where it could have done more damage. We are happy with Parker so far but this has left us scratching our heads!!!
