The radio in my 2013 Azera stopped working after 5 years.
I learned that the radio was covered under my extended warranty. I would highly recommend purchasing the warranty at the time of purchase. It made a difference for me.

Thank you for the 5 star review.  Any time a customer plans on keeping their vehicle past the manufacturer warranty time period I highly recommend it also.  Your radio being covered is a perfect example.  Hopefully the car keeps running great and you don't need to use the warranty again, but if not it is nice to know you have that to fall back on.

MOSTLY EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
Be prepared when they tell you your vehicle is done to be assertive and ask for "yellow" and "red" marked items to be explained. Everyone I've worked with has been respectful and accommodating and they have great cookies and popcorn!!! However, the aftercare is missing. I had low tire pressure and would have liked a heads up as to how low they were, I would have liked to discuss that tires on one side seem to be wearing faster... last year I had trouble with a tire consistently losing air and another place took the tire off and discovered a rough spot... it really didn't need an alignment and balancing.. it needed a rough patch caused by snow/rusting sanded down and was really amazing that the other mechanic took the time to find this. Overall, I'd still recommend Hyundai service.. just be prepared to ask questions !!!

Always happy, helpful, and kind.
My car tires had a nail in it in 3 degree weather. Hyundai roadside assistance towed my car for free to Zimbrick Hyundai West, where Jeff took care of me. They patched my tire and stored my car in their lot for cheap. Life savers.
