Great Service!
I had my Hyundai brought to the Eckert service department when I had no idea what was wrong with my car. They were incredibly helpful throughout the whole process and took great care of me and my Tucson! I would recommend them to anyone and it helped solidify my decision to purchase a second Hyundai.

Great Service
I had an appointment and I was given a 45 min time estimate for the repair on Saturday. I had no expectation this would be accomplished. Well, to my surprise exactly 45 min later I was told my car was finished and everyone as so polite and kind. The young lady even brought the paperwork for me to sign to the waiting area. Everyone was cheerful and helpful.

Recent experience with service at Eckert Hyundai represents the usual A++ attention to details: 1. immediate welcome and efficient taking of service needs. 2. comfortable waiting lounge with good reading materials and large TV. 3. service manager check in with progress information and explanation of work to be done. 4. car was ready and waiting much before expected. 5. check-out and payment very efficient and pleasant. That's why I bring my vehicle to the dealer for service.

Oil leak that was hard to locate
My 2012 had an oil leak that was extremely difficult to locate. Jake was very helpful and would not give up until I was satisfied. Given a loaner they kept my car until they were sure the problem was solved and kept me informed throughout the process. Everyone truly went beyond my expectation to make me happy. I will definitely keep returning for both service and new car purchases!
