I wanted to replace the worn out carpeting in my Jeep Wrangler with vinyl flooring. Talking with Jacob in accessories, he was able to find a cost effective solution that looks sharp and fit within my budget. The service experience was great! I brought my vehicle in first thing in the morning, and they had it detailed with the new floor installed by the time I got off work in the evening. Claudia was very courteous when I went to pay for the work and the cost was even a little less than expected. Overall, a five star experience - my third accessories purchase at Mike White Ford - and it won't be my last.

White Ford Gave me good service with a minimal of haggling, I feel I got a fair deal on my trade and on the new truck.
Jeff Collingwood did a superb Job showing me options and showing me how to run all of the bells and whistles. I also want to complement the Canadian gentleman who connected our phones to the truck and showed us how to use the GPS system.
I also want to mention Jacob Mahar in the Service Dept. I had several thing I wanted added and he was very helpful. The young lady at the front desk was very helpful and made us feel welcome.


I would like to make one suggestion: I was told that I needed a drivers license and Proof of Ins. for the rental car. Well, I forgot, as is not unusual for an 81year old. I suggest that you have your shuttle driver when taking a customer to the rental place ask the person: Do you have your proof of insurance and: do you have your drivers license? This would be especially helpful for older folks, In fact it might be a good idea to make up a card with those questions on it to give to the passengers. Thank you

Not very skilled
I was told by the service guys that they could complete some work for me so I scheduled a time and discussed with the scheduling people what I wanted. When I got there they said they could not do it, but they had an alternative. There alternative did not meet what I was trying to accomplish in the first place, which I did not know at the time. When they finished, it was not what I wanted. And they said what I wanted was not possible. In about 10-15 minutes in their parking lot I was able to do the programming myself by using youtube. needless to say, they did not try or look into the options. There was no reason to pay them for anything, I could have done it all myself in less. time. Everyone I spoke with was very nice and asked if they could do anything for me which was nice. But the reason I was there was to get my truck fixed. If everyone wasn't so nice, it'd be a 1 star.

Recent Service on F-350
Parker Ford service department has professional service advisors and is always kept clean. Christian has always been a big help for me when I have any questions about my vehicle.
On this particular I met with Jacob Mahar, Accessories Manager at Parker Ford to get a new Fifth Wheel Hitch installed in my Ford F-350 truck. Jacob and his staff are very efficient and courteous.

Jacob and Claudia in accessories are awesome. Great customer service! Do have concerns with length of time to get into service for repairs though. I feel 2 weeks out is ridiculous before you can get into the shop when your car has an issue. I think this needs to be evaluated and resolved! I can see a couple days but not 2weeks+.
