DO NOT TRUST their mechanics!
There is only one star selected because 0 is not allowed. We were lied to repeatedly and the work was shawdy, which led to more problems, which the service manager would not accept responsibility for. I will be telling everyone I know to avoid Hyundai of Everett.

Waiting area
The waiting area was very loud. People with dogs, Sales people talking across the room to each other. (Get up and walk over I don't need to know what they are talking about) I was there for 3.5 hours and was trying to read at a table because the TV was on in the waiting area and found it very noise.

Don't browbeat people into scoring the survey with all 10's! I like the service department but not everything in this world is perfect. I scored the survey appropriately and I don't need to call a service manager to tell him/her why I did not score all 10's. Come on, really! Back off of the pressure to score all 10's!!!!!
