Great service!

My car was due to have its oil changed. When I arrived I was greeted by a service technician who asked me what services I was there for. I informed the technician that my car was due to have its ole changed and to have its tires rotated. The technician conducted a visual inspection of the vehicle for visual damage to the vehicle to insure that it wasn’t their fault. After the inspection was completed I was able to get a shuttle ride home from the dealership. I was really impressed by their level of professionalism. I look forward to seeing them at my next scheduled vehicle maintenance. Thanks

Squeezed me in

I had an RV trailer trip planned with a couple of friends for months and on my test run of the trailer a few days before I developed trailer sway. I went on the web to find out what may cause it and found that it may be the vehicle and decided that I needed it checked out as it could be very dangerous. They checked the rig out the day before and gave it a clean bill of health regarding my specific concerns. With that peace of mind I enjoyed a week camping and rafting the Lochsa River. I also slowed my speed and experienced no sway.

Went in with several questions about warrantee coverage and to get an oil change. The person helping me didn't know the answers when I asked, but found them out and called me with a follow up the same day. They did a great job, and have done so every time I've gone in.

Service Department and New Truck Discussion

As usual, the people in the service department were very friendly and explained everything to me after a routine service on my F350. I also had the opportunity to meet with Rob in the Sales department. We had talked on the phone a couple weeks prior about new F250 & F350 availability. He has the best product knowledge of any truck sales person I’ve ever met. I can’t afford the cost of a new truck right now, but when I can, I’ll be calling Rob. Great experience!
