I was explained that the reason the tires were only partially rotated was due to the condition of them not being balanced to accomplish that effectively.

The last visit was explained that only tires that could be rotated were and glad there was a good reason for handling the situation in that manner.

EXCELLENT SERVICE DEPARTMENT
I have taken my Sonata to this dealership since day one for my service requirements. I have NEVER been disappointed in the quality of service. Timely completion of work, always on time except when something else was discovered during scheduled service that needed to be addressed and only after my approval of addition work. Service Technician, Chris Deen, has been outstanding in scheduling my work, explaining what needs to be done, estimated cost of work, and calling if something else needs to be done, recommending what needs to be done at next visit as part of routine maintenance, and explaining what was accomplished. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this dealership and service department.
