Took my car in for the service center to check out a situation had for me. Carmen greeted me immediately and was extremely helpful, as well as the manager and another person. They kept me appraised of what was going on with my car via text. The service I received on my car is why I will buy my next car.

It took and extremely long time to procure the parts needed for the service
My vehicle had a defect from Hyundai which ended up being a blown engine. The service work was completed effectively but, it took over month for parts which caused quite a bit of stress when you only have one vehicle. I believe the service department did all they could and kept me informed but, that would be the one issue I have with the service.

Recall on my Sante Fe
When I showed up for my appt for my recall I was told you were three times overbooked. Three times, I still can’t believe she told me that! Anyway I drove 200 miles to keep my appt and was told it would be all day. I didn’t have all day! So I explained my situation with an upcoming storm that I needed to get back home and so the technician moved me to the front and within two hours I was on my way home. So what could have been a bad review is actually a good review. Thank you for getting my car done so quickly.

I had to drop off my car without an appointment due to an unexpected flat tire. They were able to fix it quickly within 24 hours of them receiving the car.

Recall
went in for recall on hitch and was told the recall was no good since it was not a factory hitch. The recall is on the wiring and the fuse which is from the factory. our palisade was taken to the
aftermarket place by the dealership.I am supposed to hear back from the service manager on
this matter but have not yet. Carmen in the service department has been great. She is the reason
you are getting five stars. I would like to know if this recall is covered or not since the wiring
harness and the fuse was factory installed. May have to go elseware if not.
