The Best
The nicest and most considerate people to take you car to. They let you know what is needed and what is not. They did an extra service for me with a recall by Hyundai that was not scheduled. This people are truly amazing.

Inspection found things that could have become problems
During their routine inspection they found a nail in my tire. It might have been there for a week, and probably would have been there till the tire blew out, except that they found it and were able to fix it.

Getting my oil changed isn't a big effort.
I liked that I could just pull in and get my oil changed and tires rotated. They were nice and did it in a hurry. There's not a lot to do close to this location except Home Depot so its boring if you have to wait.

They're not very thorough in finishing the work on your car. And I was hung up on by the girl when I called to let them know they'd screwed up.

Bluetooth problems
My 2012 sonata had a bluetooth problem. Several times the screen would freeze and I couldn't get it to change unless I stopped and turned off the car. They worked really hard to try and duplicate the problem so they could fix it, but couldn't. They would frequently ask questions to help clarify to make sure that I wasn't having other related problems. We finally figured out that it was my phone that was the problem. It has water damage and I've had issues with it for about 6 months (which is about how long my car's bluetooth problem has existed). I appreciated their thoroughness!

Great products, clean facility, great service
great service, I would say excellent but there are a few hiccups that have happened with my car but they have all been corrected until I got the new software update. Now my Bluetooth audio won't work with my iPhone. Other than that it has been great. Best buying experience I have had with a car hands down. Hyundai builds great vehicles!
