Financing a luxury Suv Aston Martin Dbx
The most important quality of this dealership is service. My sales agent, Alan has not only been a gentleman but he always stayed positive and he knew that I would get approved for my dream luxury car because their finance team is resilient and persistent. Doesn't matter if the dealer has the car.
What matters is getting funding for tat vehicle. Park Place will make it happen.

Messaged them saying I was cash ready to purchase one of their Bentley's and got the deal done within 48 hours. Was very smooth and easy to work with as well as had someone handle transportation for me same day

Professional and expedient
Came over on the ferry and was picked up by the dealership and driven to the lot. After a short wait I signed some paperwork and was out the door. These gents are highly organized and professional.

Disappointed
Purchase the GL 450 with the impression of having a great deal and out really disappointing the stuff was incredible. Customer service was great less than 20 minutes after driving the car I get a check engine light and talk to the agent essay is Ozzie is so therefore I am responsible for everything and it is not.

Should have walked away
After traveling 4 hrs for an appt at 9am, waiting over three hrs to see the car after the 9am appt, then the car not being detailed, just quickly washed, every question taking the sales guy 45 min to answer, waiting all day to get the deal final and then the loaner car getting a flat and waiting 6 hrs for a tow truck this could not have been a worse car buying experience given is was $150K car. I should have not been so stupid and walked away after the original appt was not kept.
Still finding issues with the car that should have been found/documented/fixed when the dealer kept it for an additional 2 weeks.

Bought a Panemera / traded a GLC43
Bought a 2017 Panamera Turbo. Pricing was a couple of grand above KBB pricing, which seemed fair. Park Place offered me at least two grand above KBB for my trade-in, so pricing was great. The deal was done remotely and very easy. When I went to pick up car the whole deal took less than 20 minutes. Car is fantastic.
