ve found a garage that is not trying to rip me off. State inspections and oil changes are quick, and they even fill your tires if they are low. The only thing is they do not take reservations, so it's first come, first serve. But as long as you can bring your car in before 9:30a/10a you should be fine. They have had my business for almost 4 years, highly recommend.
