After I'd made the purchase and driven my car home, he called me up to check on me, giving me some advice on how to get the most out of my car, and letting me know that I had the opportunity to get free Electrify America card which provided me with free charges-- let me repeat that, he actually called me AFTER he'd already made the sale to help me out more.
