ugh he didn't hear the sound every time told me that I probably do need rotors but didn't force me to get them or make me feel like I needed them immediately. As a matter of fact he said I could wait and do it in a few months when I get my inspection. Just good people not taking advantage of customers at this place!

I had front and rear brake pads and rotors with a brake flush serviced. There was clear communication
between the tech, front desk receptionist, and myself. The work was done in a timely manner and I felt confident driving the vehicle afterwards. I’ll be returning to H Tech for the truck’s next services.

I was hearing a frequent rattle from the rear of my 2013 Lexus. JD’s diagnosed it as due to failing r
ear struts. They repaired it in about five hours. I have not heard the rattle since. The price was reasonable, and less than their estimate. They also did a quick save when we found the wheel lock key was missing; it appears that happened when I bought new tires from Discount last August. Jeff quickly got a new wheel lock set from Lexus. All done after a call to me and my approval. I am very happy with JD’s.

It will never be my desire to take any vehicle I own anywhere but to Meyer Service. They are the nic
est, most honest bunch of folks ever. This last time was scheduled maintenance. But there have been instances in the past where I get in my car and something is amiss. I just drive over to Meyer's and they help me even without an appointment. As a single female, it feels so good to have a place to take my vehicle and feel confident.
